If you place an order through my Origami Owl website, here you can track your orders with a trace. To do this you will need to visit: Step 1. FedEx Tracking - Step 2. Select the Track By Reference. Enter your order number from your order confirmation email or you can contact me and I can provide the order number for you. Step 3. Select SHIP DATE on the FedEx website, Step 4. Enter the Zip code where the order is being shipped to then click TRACK

I placed an order on 12-12-13, on the e-mail it said 3 to 5 days for delivery its already been 7 days. I tried going through fedx with poor results. my order number is 4498006. If you can help I would appreciate it. Thank you , Norma

The reference number is your order number which is located in your order confirmation email. If you have that and your zipcode you can track it. If you like message me both here, I will look it up for you.

I made an order last night, it said my address could not be verified but it was my address. So i ordered it anyways..... how long should i wait until I get worried about me not getting an email confirmation?

I placed my order thru a hostess at an origami owl party on friday 5/2/14. I never recieved an order confirmation email. How can i make sure my order went through and track it .?

I was suppose to receive my order yeterday via US Postal Service...I did not get. I tracked it fromAZ to Lehigh Valley to MD and then it said it was turned over to US Postal service....I do not understand why as I am in PA. Please hlp me. This is a birthday gift for my daughter.
